Myofascial Release, otherwise known as Foam Rolling (or as we like to call it, the best deep tissue massage ever) is what you've been missing in your wellness routine!
Who is this AMAZING for?? Anyone who: -experiences tightness or stiffness in the legs, shoulders, neck. -experiences back pain. -has experienced foot pain like plantar fasciitis -carries stress in their body -athletes or runners
(So basically everyone.)
You'll experience: -relief from pain -ease of movement -reduced appearance of cellulite (YES! I just said that) -improved recovery from your workouts -improved performance in your workouts -the bliss and relaxation that comes from a deep tissue massage!
This 1.5 hour class will teach you techniques to use at home to release stored stress in the body and relieve pain. Class will be followed by Q&A and one-on-one help.
Each participant will receive their own foam roller, gift bag and workbook with movements to do at home to continue their rolling and stress release practice.
RSVP and payments must be received by the cut-off date (10 days before class date). Sorry, not late registrations will be allowed for this event as rollers must be ordered for each participant.
